Our story.
JUIN was created to solve a problem too many businesses face: the disconnect between brand, marketing and leadership. When budgets shrink, it's the first to go - not because it doesn’t work, but because its value isn’t clearly linked to business outcomes.
Our founder saw this gap firsthand. Marketing teams are creative, hardworking, and full of potential - but without alignment to business goals, their efforts weren’t getting the recognition or results they deserved. JUIN was built to bridge that gap. We support both in-house marketers, external agencies and business leaders - providing the strategic clarity, structure, and insight needed to turn marketing into a high-performing, results-driven function. Our approach blends creativity, data, and commercial thinking to ensure every marketing effort is meaningful, measurable, and moves the business forward.
JUIN is also deeply personal. JUIN, French for June, is a tribute to our founders’ late Nanna, a woman of strength, wisdom, and unwavering resilience. She shaped the person our founder is today, and her legacy of empowerment is woven into the fabric of the business.
